The Elder Scrolls 6 Possibly Entering Full Production

Back at E3 2018, Bethesda announced it was working on The Elder Scrolls 6, the next entry in its popular and long-running fantasy role-playing game series. However, at the time, it suggested the game was still very, very far away. Further, it was confirmed that its sci-fi role-playing game, Starfield, would release first. In other words, it sounded like the next installment would not hit until around the middle of 2020s. And this may still be the case, however, some new job listings suggest we may get it a tinsy bit earlier.

Over on Zenimax’s official website, Bethesda Game studios is hiring for numerous positions to help develop “bleeding-edge” RPG games for PC and consoles. In other words, it’s on a hiring spree, which seems to suggests the game is entering full production...

Cyberpunk 2077 Delay is Apparently Because Of Current-Gen Consoles

Several days ago, CD Projekt RED announced that Cyberpunk 2077 would be getting delayed from its previously-agreed date of April 16 of this year to September 17. Previously the reason hadn’t been disclosed, but a new source has given us a possibility: the Cyberpunk 2077 delay reason is because of the current-gen consoles.

Going by the source, Borys Niespielak, current-generation consoles like the Playstation 4 and Xbox One aren’t actually powerful enough to run Cyberpunk 2077 properly, as performance suffers heavily on both. The delay apparently only happened when the issues were not able to be resolved by this month.

Considering how big and ambitious Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be, it’s not a big surprise that CD Projekt RED wants it to perform as well as possible on all of its plat...

Verdict Against Nintendo for Wii Remote Overturned

When the Nintendo Wii released back in 2006, the console became an overnight success. While longtime fans flocked to the system for The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, casual crowds were all about the console’s pack-in game, Wii Sports. Coupled with system’s controller, better known as the Wii Remote, Wii Sports gained the console a lot of attention. However, not all of that attention was a good thing. iLife Technologies, Inc. filed a lawsuit against Nintendo in 2013, alleging that Nintendo had infringed on their patent. In 2017, a jury ordered Nintendo to pay $10.1 million in damages, but a new federal court ruling has nullified that award.

According to the federal court ruling, iLife’s claim was far too broad...
